Use of This Website
This website is provided to share information about our landscape design and construction services and to let you request a consultation. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access non-public areas of the site.
Consultations & Estimates
Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract for services. Project descriptions, photographs, and any pricing discussions on this website are informational only; the scope, schedule, and price of any project are established exclusively in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages from Frederico Outdoor Living. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your sign-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel.
- You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
- If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the number you received messages from. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
