Getting to Know You
We start by walking your property together and talking through how you actually want to use the space. How you host, where you unwind, what’s not working right now. This is where we get clear on the vision and make sure we’re aligned before anything moves forward.
Design
We take everything we talked about and turn it into a thoughtful, buildable plan. Layout, materials, and plantings all working together. We walk you through it so you can really see how it’s going to come together and make adjustments before we move forward.
Design Finalization & Planning
This is where everything comes into focus. We refine the design, finalize materials, and thoughtfully resolve the details that bring it all together. Behind the scenes, we coordinate every moving piece so the transition into construction feels effortless. When we break ground, everything is clear, considered, and ready to be executed exactly as intended.
Build + Walkthrough
Our team manages the entire build from start to finish, with a close eye on the details, the schedule, and the quality every step of the way. Your designer stays involved throughout the process, making sure the original vision is carried through exactly as intended. When everything is complete, we walk the space with you, fine tune the final details, and show you how to care for it so it continues to look the way it should.
