We highly recommend Russ Frederico! We had been planning a pretty extensive re-do of the whole backyard and “interviewed” about 5 landscaping companies. We chose Russ for 3 reasons: 1. He’s been in business for 40 years and has an excellent reputation; 2. He has a deep knowledge of plants and what thrives in Utah; and 3. His bid was competitive (not the lowest, but not too far off). We hired Russ in early October and the whole project took about 7 months (landscaping is pretty slow-going in winter months, turns out). Russ listened to our hopes/dreams for our backyard and suggested we use a landscape architect to formalize the whole thing. We probably wouldn’t do that again since we changed so much during the 7 month project that the results only somewhat resemble the plans… Alex was our foreman and was our main point of contact for the whole project. He was awesome! He was always very responsive and eager to make sure we were happy. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Alex!
